Ever since I stepped away from the roller coaster of corporate life in the year 2000, I have been working with organisations in Culture Building and Leadership Development. The Grid Framework was the foundation of a lot of my success as a corporate employee in various leadership roles. It was then that I realised the power of “behaviour” and “culture” on actual on-the-ground business results. The astounding change in the business results was exponential when the focus shifted from strategies to team culture, from ‘human resources’ to ‘human relationships. There is not a single CEO who would not want astounding business results. However their focus was predominantly on strategy and not culture, it was predominantly on human resources and not human relationships!
When I stepped off the corporate treadmill to start my own boutique consulting, I was absolutely clear on the space – Behaviour & Culture. My desire was to help senior leadership see the power of Behaviour & Culture and help them transition to a new way of thinking in order to achieve sound business results. Thus Leadership & Grid was incorporated.

He has been associated with the Grid for over twenty-five years and introduced the Grid leadership development in the organizations he worked in. He has conducted many Grid interventions. Len is engaged in Education for lifelong employability, and Leadership Excellence He is a coach for senior management in many organizations and is associated with Larsen & Toubro as a Behavioural Enabler for their Leadership Development Program.Len has held senior managerial positions in large corporations in India. After a corporate career of over three decades, Len works in the area of coaching, training, Leadership Development, Employability Education and Organizational Development Len facilitate companies to deliver results by unlocking the power of people through effective products, tools, and partnerships. He has published several papers in leading journals.

Murali Aiyer is a Leadership Grid facilitator and Partner- Leadership and Grid India and is based in Chennai-India. He also is a Belbin Team Roles Facilitator and practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry and Vipassana meditation. He brings in Consulting, Executive Coaching, Mentoring and critical Talent incubation experience over the last 14 years and has been a Leadership level Executive Coach for many organizations including Larsen and Toubro group of Companies a diversified Indian Multinational and Thoughtworks, a global software consulting firm.

Ganesh is a leadership skill development consultant, Executive Coach and a Social Entrepreneur engaged in employability education. A Fulbright Fellow on Leadership in Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XIM Bhubaneswar, Ganesh is also a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach. Ganesh is a Certified Global Leadership Coach as part of the Global Coach Group as well as a Certified Practitioner of the Global Leadership Assessment (GLA360).
